You are bidding on a used, mint-condition Canon EOS 40D body (NO LENS) - 4,647 actuations, purchased new on 11/28/2007 from Amazon.com for $1,265. It has a new appearance with NO scratches, marks, dents, or signs of wear; there is only a very faint smudge mark on the bottom from the tripod (see picture) mount. It comes in the original box with all the original contents (manuals, CDs, cables, charger, strap) + 2 extra Canon batteries. There are no compact flash cards included with this.
