10.1 mega Pixels, Used for about 1 year in GREAT shape, but has been sitting in my camera bag for at least another year as a backup to my 40D, although never used. There's only slight wear on the grip, but no noticeable scratches on the body. However, there could be dust on the view finder glass (NOT the sensor), so you might notice specks when looking through the viewfinder, but it doesn't affect the photos coming out of the camera.
