I purchased this camera in February, and it has a 1 year parts and labor warranty. It's height is 3.5" and width is 4.9", and weight is 19.8oz. This 20X zoom is equivalent to a 35mm 28-560mm lens. This zoom is FABULOUS! It's LCD screen is 2.5" and is a vari-angle LCD. There is NOT ANYTHING wrong with this camera. It is in perfect working order, without any damages. It is a slightly bigger camera than I need, with more features than I need and I have chosen to go back to a smaller camera. If you want a SLR quality digital camera without the bulk of an SLR camera and a great zoom without the expense or bulk of additional lenses, THIS IS THE CAMERA FOR YOU! I have taken some absolutely fabulous pictures with this camera. I have taken LOTS of pictures with this camera, and have taken great care of it, and it has stayed in the camera case when not in use. I have not used this camera to it's full capabilities, since I mainly use point and shoot. This camera also has a hot shoe for anyone wanting to add a flash. I did not add an additional flash, I just used the pop-up flash without any problems. Memory card IS NOT included.
